Some products listed on our website are restricted to appropriately-licensed medical professionals in some jurisdictions. If you are unsure if you have the correct license to order a particular product, please contact one of our friendly customer service associates. If you prefer someone else to order on your behalf, such as your medical spa coordinator, you have that option. Simply complete an authorization form identifying the person you want to authorize and ensure the form is signed by the licensed person or business we have on file. Once we receive this form by fax or email, the person you specify can then order on your behalf.
